Wealth Strategy: Rich people choose to get paid based on results.

Rich people choose to get paid based on results. Poor people choose to get paid based on time.
Source: Secrets of Millionaire Mind by Harv T. Eker

There is nothing wrong with receiving a steady pay check. The only  consequences that you will be denied with the opportunity to earn even more if you choose to get paid based on results.

Poor people prefer to get paid based on time. They are afraid, they want the security of knowing that they will receive this amount of money at the end of the required time.

Poor people settle on earning just enough for them to survive and be comfortable. Rich people choose to get paid based on produce, on commission. They choose stock options than high salaries.

In the financial world the rewards are usually proportionate to the risks. Rich people believe in themselves.

Poor people trade their time for money. the problem with these is that your time is limited so that means that your income will also be limited.

I encourage everyone to have their own business, be it full time or part time.  Majority of millionaires became rich by being in their own business.

Wealth Strategy: Rich people are Excellent Receivers

Rich people are excellent receivers. Poor people are poor receivers.

Source: Secrets of the Millionaire Mind

Majority of the poor people are poor receivers. They may not be good at giving but they are really bad at receiving.

"If a hundred-foot oak tree had the mind of a human, it would only grown to be ten feet tall"-T.  Harv Eker

Many poor people feel unworthy or undeserving that is why they avoid almost all forms of receiving. The famous adage says that "Its better to give than to receive". is like comparing hot or cold, wet or dry or black or white? The receivers equals the giver. for every giver there must be a receiver.

Rich people work hard and believe its perfectly appropriate to be well rewarded for their efforts and the value they provide for others. Poor people are the opposite. Many poor people believe that it is better and they are better off to be poor. But what good can you do for the poor if you are one of them?

And the statement that becoming rich will make one a bad person comes only from poor people, as an excuse of their poverty. Money will make you more of what you already are. If you are generous it will make you more generous.

How to be a good receiver? Is to practice receiving, receiving in what ever forms... be grateful for all blessings that comes to your way.

Rich people are bigger than their problems. Poor people are smaller than their problems.

Source: Secrets of the  Millionaire Mind by Harv. T Eker

Getting rich is not that easy as you think it is. Poor people do anything to avoid problems. If they sense that theirs a hard work ahead they then look for another way that is a lot easier.

The secret is not to avoid from problems; the secret is to grow yourself so that you are bigger than any problems.

The size of the problem is never the issue what matters is the size of you.

One should make it their commitment to grow themselves so that one may be able to handle bigger problems.

Problems will always be there, but we must not focus on the problem but on the rewards after we have hurdled the problem.

Rich and successful people are solution oriented; they spend their time and energy strategizing and planning the answers to challenges that come up.

If you have a certain problem right now, list at least ten specific actions you can make to solve that problem. this will move you from problem thinking into solution thinking.

One way to grow your self is to get mentors. I;m recommending the Truly Rich Club of Bo Sanchez where you will be mentored: Join the Bo Sanchez Truly Rich Club: http://bosanchezmembers.com/amember/go.php?r=6990

Wealth Strategy: Rich People are Willing to Promote Themselves and their Value.

Rich people are willing to promote themselves and their value. poor people think negatively about selling and promotions.

Resenting promotion is one of the greatest obstacle to success. People who do not want selling and promotions are those who do not have money.

Rich people are excellent promoters. They promote their products, services and ideas with passion and enthusiasm. They advertise.

Rich people are usually leaders, and all great leaders are great promoters. promoters must believe on the product they are selling.

That is why I am really promoting the Truly Rich Club of Bo Sanchez. I believe in the value it gives to its members, I believe members will gain more than what they are paying.

Wealth Strategy: Rich people associate with positive successful people

Rich people associate with positive successful people. Poor people associate with negative or unsuccessful people. (Secrets of the Millionaire Mind)

Successful people use the success of much more successful people around them as a form of motivation. It keeps them moving towards their dream. they model them, they imitate their mindset, that they don't have to reinvent the wheel. they just have to do what these people has done for them to succeed.

They believe that if they can do it, then I can also do it and even better. These successful people mingle with other successful people. So if you want to be successful look for group of successful people like country club, golf club, health club, business club or join the Truly Rich Club of Bo Sanchez.

Rich people admire other rich people

Wealth Strategy: Rich people admire other rich and successful people. Poor people resent rich and succesful people.

Quoted from T. Harv Eker's Book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind that based on the Huna wisdom the original teachings of the Hawaiian elders "bless that which you want". If you see a successful, rich and healthy person bless them, admire them.

That is why the rich is getting richer and the poor getting poorer because the rich attract more of what they already have and the poor is being dragged to more of what they already in. Some Poor people looks at the rich with resentment and jealousy. At some point they hated the rich because they thought that rich people are bad people. There people who got their riches from bad ways but they are only very few, most rich people got their riches from good ways.

I here quote Russell H. Conwell's story in his book Acres of Diamond

I say that you ought to get rich, and it is your duty to get rich.
how many of my pious brethren say to me, "Do you, a Christian minister, spend your time going up and down the country advising young people to get rich, to get money? yes, of course I do.

They say, "isn't that awful! Why don't you preach the gospel instead of preaching about man's making money?" Because to make money honestly is to preach the gospel. that is the reason. the men who get rich may be the most honest men you find in the community.

"Oh," but says some young man here tonight, "I have been told all my life that if a person has money he is very dishonest and dishonorable and mean and contemptible." My friend, that is the reason you have none, because you have that idea of people. The foundation of your faith is altogether false. Let me say clearly..... ninety-eight out of one hundred of the rich men (and women) of America are honest. that is why they are rich. that is why they are trusted with money. That is why they carry on great enterprises and find plenty of people to work with them.

Says another young man, "I hear sometimes of men that get millions of dollars dishonestly." Yes, of course you do, and so do I. but they are so rare a thing in fact the newspapers talk about them all the time as a matter of news until you get the idea that all the rich men got rich dishonestly.

My friend, you.... drive me.... out into the suburbs of Philadelphia, and introduce me to people who own their homes around this great city, so beautiful homes with gardens and flowers, these magnificent homes so lovely in their art, and I will introduce you to the very best people in character as well  as in enterprise in our city.... they that own their homes are made more honorable and honest and pure, and true and economical and careful, by owning them.

We preach against covetousness ... in the pulpit... and use the terms.... "filthy lucre" so extremely that Christians get the idea that .... it is wicked for any man to have money. Money is power, and you ought to be reasonably ambitious to have it! You ought because you can do more good with it than you can without it. money printed your bibles, money builds your churches, money sends your missionaries, and pays your preachers.... I say, then you ought to have money. If you can honestly attain unto riches... it is your ... godly duty to do so. it is an awful, mistake of these pious people to think you must be awfully poor in order to be pious.

"Rich People Focus on Opportunities" "Poor People Focus on Obstacles"

Donut: Rich people focus on the delicious side of the donut. Poor people sees nothing but the hole in the donut. Rich people always see opportunity in every circumstances.

The rich take responsibility for their life and act to resolve it. They belive that if worse comes to worst, they can always make their money back. Poor people always focus on obstacles they are always on the defense. Complaining why they have such a terrible life. And in any game, if you always Play defense the probability of winning is always slim.

If you want to get rich, focus on making, keeping, and investing your money. And if you want to be poor focus on spending  all of your money. Because what you focus on expands.

And to be rich always push yourself into action. Because action always beats inaction.

"Rich People Think Big" "Poor People Think Small"

The law of Income " You will be paid in direct proportion to the value you deliver according to the market place".

To be rich one should always think "big". But why would others refuse to think "BIG"? Its because they are fearful. They are scared of failure and much more scared of success. They feel unworthy and they think they are not good enough to make a real difference.

But one must think that its not just about our individual self buts its actually about others. About sharing and being part of others peoples life.

The more more people you help because of the goods or services you offer the richer one becomes. To think big is not that easy someone who knows the financial strategy or a financial mentor should guide you to be able to think really BIG.

"Rich people are committed to being rich" "Poor people want to be rich"

This is one of the difference between a rich and poor man.

There are three types of people
1. Those who want to be rich. wanting alone is not enough or is useless. wanting does not necessarily leads to having. Billions of people wants to be rich, but only very few become.

2. Those who choose to be rich. Choosing is much stronger energy and making one more responsive for creating your reality. Choosing is better but not best.

3. Those who commit to be rich. Commit means to devote oneself unreservedly. It means being willing to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes.

Poor people was belongs to the first type of people. they just want it... but does not work to have it. Middle class people belongs to type 2, they just have enough and are comfortable. But as we know it comfortable is a different compared to be rich. The rich person belongs to the third type of people. they have exerted energy, time and effort. and once the person commit and know what it exactly wants, the universe will; bend backward and give the things it needed to succeed.

Wealth Strategy # 2

T. Harv Eker in his book the Secrets of Millionaire Mind says that:

"Rich people play the money game to win"
"Poor people play the money game to not lose"

It is the intention of the rich people to have massive amount of money, not just enough to pay the bills and eat in a decent restaurant but to have more than enough to help those who needed help.

Others confuse the difference between being comfortable and rich. T. Harv Eker says, being comfortable is nice. But if your goal is to be comfortable, chances are you'll never get rich. But if your goal is to be rich, chances are you'll end up mighty comfortable.

There are secrets to gain financial strategies and do a good financial planning.

T. Harv Eker in his book Secrets of Millionaire Mind says that secrets 1 is

"Rich people believe "I create my life"
"Poor People believe "Life happens to me"

It is then very important that you believe that you are in control of your financial life.
many poor people depend on lottery to make them rich. They rely on luck so they will become rich.

Three reasons why people remain poor;
1. They keep on blaming their financial status to other people, instead of looking on themselves
2. They keep on justifying things and have reasons for everything;
3. They keep on complaining.
